Intermix Beverage Wholesale Customer Policy

Order Processing

  • To place an order by phone, please dial 800-826-0796 or 612-746-8880 (local) and select option 2.
  • Orders placed by 5pm CST (Monday-Thursday) and 4:30pm (Friday) will be filled, packed & shipped the next business day. Number of shipping days will depend on location, weather, holidays & the delivery company used. Intermix Beverage is closed on all major holidays.
  • It is not possible to change an order once the sales order has been received by customer service. Additions to an order will be invoiced separately.
  • To receive samples or POS, please request when placing an order. Any samples or POS shipping without an order will be subject to shipping charges.
  • Customers may pick up orders at our Minneapolis warehouse. One business day notice is required for pick up orders. In the case of emergencies, please allow 2 hours. Orders must be picked up by 4pm. Orders not picked up within 2 business days will be restocked.
  • Special Orders/Backorders

  • Any special order must be case only quantities. The lead time for special orders will depend on when Intermix Beverage places an order with that vendor and could be up to 4-6 weeks. Any additional shipping costs will be added.
  • Backorders will not automatically ship. Customer must reorder on next order.
  • Shipping

  • Intermix Beverage ships the best way possible to each location based on time and cost effectiveness.
  • For orders in the Spee-dee delivery zone (approximately a 350 mile radius of our warehouse & within the continental US), Intermix offers free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • For all other orders (within the FedEx delivery zone), Intermix offers free shipping on orders of $500 or more.
  • Orders less than free shipping requirements will be charged freight.
  • Damaged/Missing Goods
