Managing COVID-Related Shipping Delays


Because of high order volume and operational slowdowns caused by COVID-19, customers who use our local shipping partner, Spee-Dee, may experience delivery delays up to two business days.


If your order is urgent, we recommend using FedEx shipping instead of Spee-Dee until further notice. We will update our customers as soon as Spee-Dee is able to return to their standard shipping lead times.


If you choose to ship with Spee-Dee and find that your order is missing some items, your order may have been split at the Spee-Dee processing center. Your remaining items should be delivered within the next business day. If you have not received all of your items after at least one business day has passed, please contact us. Your satisfaction with every part of the Intermix ordering process is important to us.
