Monin Banana Coconut Latte

Ingredients:

1/4 oz. Monin Coconut Syrup

3/4 oz. Monin Banana Syrup

2 shot(s) espresso

6 oz. milk

Garnish:

Whipped Cream and toasted coconut

Method:

1. Steam Monin Coconut and Monin Banana with milk,

then pour into warm mug.

2. Pour espresso through foam.

3. Top with whipped cream and toasted coconut.

Glass type: Paper Cup

Glass size: 16 oz.

Coconut Mocha Delight

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Monin Coconut Syrup

1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce

1 shot(s) espresso

Milk

Garnish:

Whipped Cream

Method:

1. Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup.

2. Stir and set aside.

3. Steam milk in pitcher.

4. Pour steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently.

5. Garnish.

Glass type: Mug

Frozen Chocolate Covered Coconut

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Monin Coconut Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Syrup

1 shot(s) espresso

2 cup(s) ice

4 oz. half & half

Garnish:

Whipped Cream and Toasted Coconut

Method: 

1. Blend Monin Dark Chocolate, chilled espresso,

Monin Coconut, Half and Half and ice until smooth.

2. Top with chocolate flavored whipped cream and toasted coconut.

Glass type: Tall/Pint Glass or Clear Cup

Ingredients:

1/2 oz. Monin Coconut Syrup

1/2 oz. Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce

1 oz. Monin Espresso Syrup

None

Method:
